Dr. Cornelius Ani – Deputy Editor in Chief
Dr. Cornelius Ani is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Division of Psychiatry, Imperial College London, and a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the African Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Dr Ani is responsible for the Letters to the Editor section and he contributes editorial expertise in the area of Low and Middle Income Countries, inequalities, and physical health.

The overall objective of her research team’s work is to advance mechanistic understanding of the onset and (long-term) course of childhood-onset psychiatric disorders.

Laurie Hannigan
Laurie Hannigan is a senior researcher based at the Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital and the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH), Oslo, Norway. He completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton, in the UK, followed by a master’s in Social, Genetic, and Developmental Psychiatry at King’s College London. He obtained his PhD in Behavior Genetics from King’s in 2018.

She has a joint Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Epidemiology from Yale University.
