Session 1
Session 2
Emotional disorders are increasingly common in youth, creating a need for flexible, evidence-based approaches that address complex, comorbid presentations in real-world settings. This short course introduces participants to the Unified Protocols for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders in Children and Adolescents (UP-C and UP-A), a cognitive-behavioral treatment framework designed to address a wide range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, irritability, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
